Seller subverting eBay fees and practices

Item 176038236503.  Seller is attempting to subvert eBay fees and protections.  Within the listing description seller is instructing buyer to contact them, then send payment outside of eBay.  Thereby avoiding seller’s fees and buyer’s protection.  Listing already reported by usual methods.
