Seller sent wrong size and won't accept returns

I ordered a pair of size 12 but they sent me a 10.5.  I can't reach or message the seller and eBay won't help me.  I shouldn't be stuck with the purchase if I received the wrong product. What should I do?

Hi @stekomar_0 

Go to your purchase history and use the return process and select the reason Does not match description.  You will be issued a Pre Paid shipping label and can return the item.  You do not need to be in touch with the Seller, just return the item in the time frame you are allotted.  Once it is back with the Seller (tracking and delivery confirmation) they will have 2 days to refund you in full, if they do not then go to the claim and ask eBay to step in to force the refund.
