I ordered an item from a seller last week and the item is still in transit. I received a message from her yesterday that she sent me the wrong thing. I understand that mistakes happen but she is refusing to send what I purchased until I receive and then return her mistake. I asked her to please send what I purchased because I need it by a certain date and she is refusing. She stated that I need to do a return through Ebay and then she will send my item. Is that what I have to do? She also told me that I can repurchase what I already bought and she would send it. I am really baffled and don't know what to do.
