Seller sent the wrong item and the return item process wants me to pay for return shipping.

The sellers product posting is incorrect and they sent the wrong item, it doesn't fit my car.  I have communicated with them and they apologize but that is all.  They are no longer communicating.  I started a return but will not finish it if I have to pay to send the item back.  It will cost me more to repackage it and ship it then it is worth.  I want my money back.  How do I handle this.

The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
