Seller sent me a message they was not paid they want me to do the following

hi i bought and paid for an item 22-12344-77163 it is on its way the seller sent this message saying they wert paid look what they want me to do are they scamming or what here the message. Dear friend,
I‘m sorry to disturb you after. I just recently found out that we haven‘t received payment for your order. This may be a problem with our system. So we humbly ask if you can help me place a new order? Of course, I will provide you with a full refund for the original order through the system. Do you think you can do it? Waiting for your reply.
I really need your help. Thank you in advance for any response you may have.

@lolj-30 Tell the seller that they need to talk to customer service about their payout.  Do not agree to pay again. Why would they refund you if the item is really on its way.

 The seller probably is not aware of fundholds which are normal for new and returning sellers. Fund holds can be up to 30 days. Other account situations can also result and fund holds.

 If the item is late arriving you can file a refund request when it's 1 day past the last estimated delivery date. You can file this refund request from your purchase history.
