I am at my wits end. I opened up a report back on March 16 about X seller stating X buyer myself asking for a cancellation on a sale. I never asked seller to Cancel. Item was in my cart I tried to pay and it said contact seller item cancelled. I was in tears over never hearing back from Seller or EBay. I have attached photos of ALL messages with Dates. How can I speak with a Representative from EBAY to help. Now I am receiving threatening message from seller. I have 100 percent POSITIVE reviews as a Buyer and don’t want this to go against me.
