Seller routinely mis-representing items

I recently bid on and won an auction for a serial #'ed baseball card. I should've looked more closely at the listing, as the card pictured was a common one, which is what I received.  The seller became VERY defensive and blocked me for "harassment" upon asking for a refund or the card they described in the auction. I had to go through e-bay for a refund and they advised I report the seller. Upon looking at more of their items, I found 9 of their 76 auctions in which the cards pictured did NOT match the titles/descriptions, leading me to figure they're doing this on purpose. I reported them all, and just reported another NEW listing from the seller for the same thing.  Curious if theres a better way to warn people about this seller and have e-bay take action against such misrepresentations/fraudulent listings.

Hi @tdhcem

That last time I checked there were around 1.7 BILLION listings on eBay ... too many for each one to be reviewed.  You are doing what you can by Reporting listings by that Seller.  If enough get reported eBay will taken action.

You said, "I should've looked more closely at the listing ..." and that is very true.
