Seller rejected my return request and return request is "closed". How do I ask eBay to step in?
I followed instructions but don't see the "Ask eBay to Step In" link.

If the case is closed, you can't ask Ebay to step in.
What was the reason for the return?
If it was a remorse reason and the seller has a no return policy, they can deny the return.
