It used to be that Ebay would award sellers "Stars" that would acknowledge a certain amount of sales. They would send them out when you reached
certain levels.
Now, nothing. No recognition, unless you count this goofy new setup as recognition. I think its bogus, and useless.
I want the award certificates like they use to send.
It is a source of pride to my wife and I to know that our efforts at being the type seller that Ebays wants are worth it.
Anyone have an answer?
The other problem is retaing the 100 % satisfaction rate in order to get the discount. I wonder if Ebay takes into account that some buyers will never be 100% happy.Even though we have the 100% rating on that dashboard thing, a couple sales were noted as slow shipping ,therefore cancelling our discount......that is very aggravating, and when your using Ebay as a way of supplementing our fixed income, that discount
would be very very helpful.
Thanks for any ideas
