I bought a bundle of five console games which were described as being in very good condition. When they arrived, all of the discs were badly scratched and two of the five did not work.
I messaged the seller who ignored my messages, so I initiated a return. The seller then offered a derisory partial refund which I declined. I received a notification from eBay that the seller had accepted my return but there is no sign of a returns label. In the returns status it states that ‘Seller sent a return label’ but that is not the case as far as I can see - nothing on the returns page, in messages or email.
I messaged the seller to ask for the returns label and he replied to say he is unhappy about me returning all of the games as only one doesn’t work - as I had informed him, two do not work, including the one my son really wanted. The seller is now unresponsive again and I’m worried my return will time out.
When I go to the return page for the item I don’t see the option to ask eBay to step in so I would appreciate any advice as to what to do next. Thanks.

Try going to your Purchase history.
Find the item in Returns and cancelled orders.
Select View return details.
Choose See label.
If none of the above helps, you will have to call ebay to email you a copy of the label.

Thanks but there’s no sign of the returns label there. I’m pretty sure the seller hasn’t generated the label.
I’ll contact eBay, as you suggest.
