Seller no receiving OFFER notification from Ebay.

Why would I not receive offer notification from Ebay. I have a painting for sale and it appears that there were five or six offers, one quite substantial, that I never received notification of? Anybody else have this happen. It appears that it is a glitch in the system or maybe I have a switch thrown wrong.

When you are online, you would see the notification bell LIT up when an offer or sale is made.  Otherwise, check your preferences here to see what is selected as how you wish to be notified:
