Hello. By mistake, one of my item descriptions was incorrect, and buyers received half of what they ordered.
How can I do the following for buyers who need either a partial refund or an additional item shipped to them:
1) If buyers opt to receive an additional item that should have been included, (a) can the label and any other selling/shipping details be handled on eBay (would be good to have a record of resolving the issue on eBay), and if so, where/how can I print a new label? The original label was used already. Or: (b) if it's not possible to print a second label on eBay, I assume I can mail the package and send the buyer the USPS tracking number; is this correct? If not, please advise.
2) I do not have enough product to send an additional item to each buyer, so will need to issue a partial refund. Where/how can I do this on eBay?
Thank you.

I posted this here in "Ask a Mentor" in error but cannot find a way to delete it. The question has been answered in the regular eBay forum.
Should I select "Mute" and/or "Unsubscribe" for this thread in "Ask a Mentor"?
