I have a question about account status and seller limits. Over a year ago, I had a stroke. It was quite some time before I was healthy enough to even think about my Ebay account. Over that time, I had two auctions that completed and I never shipped them. I was certain my wife had stopped all of my listings. Ebay issued refunds for them. Now that I am attempting to start selling again, my seller account is severely limited, and I can't list more than 10 items. I am unable to work, and I really need to sell a lot of my things to pay my bills. Prior to this, I had never had a negative feedback in over 200 transactions. I sold several thousand dollars worth of merchandise without any issues at all. I have been trying to figure out if there is a way to get this limit lifted, I am perfectly willing to send Ebay a note from my doctors stating what happened. Unfortunately, I can't see any way to actually contact them. Any help would be greaty appreciated.

Not shipping an item is a very serious problem in eBay's eyes. Not shipping two items makes it even worse. The problem you have is that the defect percentage became higher than allowable and they reduced your listing limits. The only way to get the limits raised is to reduce the defect percentage. This takes time and sales. As you have more sales with no problems the defect percentage will be reduced and you may be eligible for an increase over time.
