Is there any way to get forgiveness for what amounts to some beginner mistakes. I was given 5 deficit transactions for making basically 2 "mistakes" now I can no longer promote and have virtually no traffic or sales. I'm on the verge of pulling out of eBay entirely. It will take an eternity to mount the sales needed to get the percentages to their standards. I have %100 positive feedback from all of my customers.

Your defects will drop off at 12 months, or sooner depending on your sales.
The consequences of falling Below Standard can include:
- Your items may be placed lower in search results
- eBay may limit or restrict you from selling on your account and related accounts, or from registering a new account
- Funds from your sales may be held
- You'll be charged a higher percentage rate for final value fees
--- You will be blocked from using the Promoted Listings tool, and will not be able to create new campaigns or edit existing campaigns
- eBay may downgrade your eBay Store to the Basic level if you've been Below Standard for more than 60 days
- You'll be unable to access the partial refund tool

I'm not even sure what this means. 60 days? I'm taking it that if I don't make the sales necessary to meet the percentages I'm done. Is that right? That means I have to make over 150 sales. I'm not even making 1 a day.

They're basically forcing me out over a few admittedly "dumb" beginner mistakes. The punishment doesn't seem to fit the crime.

Canceling sales and/or not handling a case are the only "defects" in eBay world.
Both are things you should virtually never do to be a successful seller.
If you tell me more about what happened, and how many months ago each defect was I can try to help.
