Seller issue

There is no protection for sellers that much I sold a product and strictly put no returns because it was a medical breather exercise  device. Seller told me it was counterfeit,  then that it didn't work etc .. it was new in box and a very good price I gave it. He threatened me if I did not give refund he leave a bad review,  I told him to send me product and I refund him but he wanted me to buy label etc really am giving you the money back and I get stuck with shipping.. I finally refund product and let him keep it . He still gave me bad review that I didn't want to refund money and that it was a counterfeit.. and why doesn't ebay let us respond to a review weather good or bad? Ebay needs to let sellers write back on a review. Remember your sellers pay you
