Seller is not responding, not giving a tracking number... item has not arrived. I need help.

I purchased a t-shirt from a seller on 04.04.25. The seller said the item was shipped on 04.10.52. The seller did not ship with a tracking number. The seller will not respond to my request to produce a tracking number that would serve as proof. Ebay is telling me I am not covered. How can this platform allow sellers to take money and not produce the product... I need help here. Thanks so much.

Tracking is for the seller.  They are not required to give you the tracking information.

When the item is one day past the estimated date of delivery, you should be able to open an item not received case.  You can’t do anything until that date passes.
