@don_kedic This is not something you can enable. The problem is due to changes in the UK import restrictions and eBay is playing catch up with the EIS program.
Sometimes a keyword triggers the bots by mistake, other times it really is an item that can not be delivered to the UK. AND other times there's no reason for the item to be excluded. I know that this frustrating as a seller.
