Hi everybody. I need some help. We used to be able to call an 800# to talk to a person.
I ordered an item on Jan26th. The seller hasn't even shipped it yet.
I tried to cancel. The seller refused to cancel. So how do I get my money back?
It's been over 2 weeks and they haven't even shipped it.
The automated assistant just takes me in circles.
The contact us says, we are here to help if you need us, but there isn't any way to actually talk to a person.
Do I just dispute the transaction on PayPal now?

If nothing arrives by the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of your purchase, file an "item not received" case with eBay. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or refund you. If the seller does not cooperate, ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
