I am at a loss here. There is no way to contact eBay other than ai assistance that does not work in my situation. The seller has received my purchase return, I have proof of FedEx delivery and he didn’t let me know until I messaged him. When I did message him throughout the process he has been despondent and unresponsive. When he didn’t respond it was without attempts to resolve the return. He now has my payment and the product and will not respond.
as you can see the seller is essentially holding my payment until I change my review. I’m not sure this is permissible but either way I agreed to change it if he were to refund me. He has since gone silent and holds both the boys soccer cleats and payment in full.
what can I do? I filed a resolution complaint but they haven’t followed up and it doesn’t really apply to my situation…
please help.
