Does anyone have an actual contact number for ebay? I created a case as a seller did not send item (not received)) and a dodgy tracking number provided. Case is now showing as "closed" even though I did not. So now I cant excalate the case through the normal channels. I keep going in circles following the help options on the site.

You can select the option to have eBay call you or chat from the left hand side of the screen on this linked page:

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
You usually need to provide a letter from the shipping company that states that the package was shipped to the address on the label but that it was not delivered to YOUR address. If the tracking shows delivery to your address then you can not appeal the case.
