Seller doesn’t accept returns

I have contacted seller several times to see what they will do about giving back some of money back.  They have asked for order number than tell me it’s the wrong number , and the order was filled by Amazon .   What can I do???

If you purchased from a seller on eBay, go through eBay for returns, not Amazon.

A seller's "no return" policy only applies to "remorse" returns.

If the buyer files a "not as described" return within thirty days, eBay's money back guarantee applies.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
