Seller does not give me a shipping label

I ask for a return and choose "item doesn't match description or photos" at Sep 16th and the seller responded me at Sep 19th that i can return it. But the seller did not give me the return shipping label, the web page list that i should get a return label by Sep 19th but it is Sep 20th now i still can not get the shipping label! How can i deal with this??
