Can anyone help me about the seller that did not sent replacement on the broken package.i already ask help of ebay but its already beyond 5 months. I purchased last November 5 2021 and after few weeks i requested return.but the seller ask me to not return. They will send new item directly from china.until now seller did not gave me the tracking no. And he doesnt replying anymore.
You have waited too long for ebay to help. However, if under 6 months, you can still open a dispute with the payment processor for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Do it now, before that time expires as well.
