Seller cancelled my order and said I did it.

After getting an insanely good deal, the seller cancelled my item claiming it was broken, then when I looked on the order details page, he marked that I chose to cancel it. The only thing I could do is email him--there was no link to complain to Ebay, or leave him any feedback because according to what he entered,  it was my decision to cancel. What can I do? I feel like he should have a negative feedback for this.

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write "Seller cancelled order stating that I requested the cancellation in order to avoid a defect."
