The seller and I are trying to cancel an unpaid item. I explained that my nephew was over and I know he place the bid but didnt understand what he was doing. THe seller understood and tried to cancel the unpaid item and there was no way to do it on his end according to him/her. They just want this resolved as much as I do so that they can repost the item for sale! I don't even own a video game system and I don't want a mark on my name. Can you please help?
