Seller Using Media Mail Incorrectly

What can be done about a seller listing her items with Media Mail shipping that are definitely NOT Media Mail qualified?  She is cheating both the postal service and eBay out of revenue, and makes it hard for other sellers to compete for sales, when her shipping is much lower by comparison.  I have written to her three times to ask her to correct her listings, and she has not changed them.

Even if listed with media mail, eBay will not let you buy a media mail label unless the item is listed in a qualifying category.  We explained this to a seller yesterday who wanted a media mail label for a magazine, which does not qualify.

Sellers can charge what they want for shipping - it doesn't mean they can ship for that price.

She may also get caught by her PO, who has the right to open and inspect her packages.
