Seller Seems to have to have disappeared…!

I purchased a Ninja Blender over 2 weeks ago with the due date October 31.  That date has come and gone.  I’ve tried feverishly to contact the seller in regards to a possible delivery date/shipping date not even a tracking number, and I’m getting no response at all and I get a response, “Seller doesn’t exist…” 

What do I do at this point? I’m assuming that the seller took my money and skipped town! Is there anything I can do at this point?

Go to your Purchase History and click on Order Details next to the item title to see if the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed.

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

  •     Select “More actions” beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.”
  •     Click the box beside I want a refund.
  •     Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

  •     Find the item in your Purchase History
  •     Select See request details
  •     Select “Ask eBay to step in.”

The seller did not "take" your money. You paid Ebay and Ebay will not release the funds to the seller until the item is delivered.
