Hi, I’ve been selling here for a few yrs now & this is the first return I’ve had to make. I accepted a return for an item which paid me $15.59 ($27.71 net pay) & the buyer paid $12.12 shipping.
eBay charged me $28.11 for the return (includes promotion fee) & $12.47 shipping (includes gallery plus fee).
Is that the way the cookie crumbles or is that too much charging from eBay?
