Seller Cancelled order after after I paid . 

Cancellation reason : Out of stock or damaged

I asked sell For a better reason for cancellation.

He replied. I already canceled the order I am looking to sell it local for more $

At this time I will be refunding your money , my father paid $10,800 he will not sell it for $2700

Your money was refunded to you, the reason I will not sell you the printer is because I don’t want to the printer is worth a lot more than a mere $3000.

It was not cancelled for out of stock or damage. His starting Bid Was $2600 I paid $3050

I want The Printer I paid for and Seller Said We would need at least $4,950 to actually sell the machine. Where do I go from here Seller sent me a refund of my money .

There is no way eBay can force a seller to complete a transaction, but you can report the seller to eBay for violating their policy on this and for stating a false reason for the cancellation. Other than that, I suppose you could take them to small claims court for failing to fulfill their contract to sell the printer.
