Hello everyone,
So when I started selling to eBay back in mid 2017. I wanted to be different than other sellers and stand out both professionally and as a easy seller to work with. Here is a little insight to what I do once a transaction is initiated. If I am at work or on the go, I like to keep the customer informed. However, about 50% respond with a thank you usually and the other 50% does not respond. The same goes when the order is not in my hands anymore, I still keep the customer informed but I get no response back. Should I continue this? Or give it up and just ship the item, upload tracking when I have the time and follow the handling time on my listings? It can be frustrating at times. Any comments is appreciated for this wonderful Saturday morning!
PS: I recently ordered something from a seller and I asked a question but gotten no response. What should I do for this also? I don't want to pressure the seller, but I need that answer by Tuesday and as of writing this, No answer. I would hate to find out the seller ran with my money and not stand by it. Any thoughts?
