I need some help here and hoping someone can assist! I purchased an item for nearly $300 after taxes and shipping. Once received, I noticed that not only was the part damaged, but it did not match the description. I contacted the seller, who then asked for pictures. After I sent the pictures, the seller offered me a $20 refund. I could not use the parts because they did not fit, never mind the damage, so this was a pointless offer. I thanked the seller for the offer but told them again, that I could not use the parts. The next message from them was something like, “…so you accept the $20 offer”? When I replied again, again that I could not accept, the seller sent me instructions with the return address. I shipped the parts back – costing me an additional $50 – and it got worse from there!
After they were delivered and I had not heard anything, I contacted the seller again. They asked for proof, so I sent them the tracking number and proof of delivery. A few days later, I again asked but got no response. Finally, I told them I was fed up and wanted it resolved by the end of that day. Their response was, “…the 30 days have passed, and it is too late for a refund. (Those are not the exact words, but the grammar was so horrible that I felt the need to do a bit of translating). When I complained about this, they told me to open a case with eBay!
I cannot get past the “return item” selection for asking eBay to step in because the 30-day window is closed. Again, this has been an ongoing issue for almost three complete weeks since I received the item. Of course, it has been longer than 30 days.
Now, not only am I out well over $300, but I also don’t even have the parts! The seller has them and has probably already listed them for sale again! I am at a loss. The only thing I have been able to do is to leave a negative review (keep in mind that I did not do so until the seller more or less to me &#*@ off).
Any ideas?

You should of filed the return case first thing and he would have to pay the return postage.
Now you need to go to PayPal or the credit card you use.
