Security measure

Does anyone else have trouble with the Capture security measure. The web page says this only comes up occasionaly. It comes up every time with me and as we are on a slow broadband (not for the want of trying to get faster) I can spend ten minutes or more refreshing the page again and again. I wouldn't mind 'occasionally' but every time is getting very anoying.

This may be an ongoing problem if you are on a VPN that constantly routes through different IP addresses for anonymity. More frequent logins would also be required if your browser clears cookies every time it closes.

When I use incognito mode (private browsing), it clears cookies when it closes. I have found that I usually see the Captcha thing if I log in as a different user without previously logging out from my prior eBay session before closing the browser.
