Large arrows and lots of left justified text can be a sign of a style sheet not loading properly. Try clearing your browser cache and possibly delete your eBay cookies.
I'm still on windows 7. Maybe that has something to do with it but not sure. I was getting huge arrows pointing up, huge # signs and other special characters. It is working now, maybe they fixed the issue. Thanks for reply.
