So I do a search in Google for products I sell and all I find is competitors eBay links showing up. Is there something I'm missing to get my store on the Google search?

Generally you have to meet Google's requirements as well as ebay's when you list. For example, Google likes a clear uncluttered picture. Google often wants to see Item Specifics like a UPC number, etc. Google does not like a lot of caps in the title, and wants a clear first couple of lines in the description.

In addition to the previous reply, I believe you also have to pay ebay to promote your listings. The minimum now is 2%, so I do not know if that requirement is too low to be included in a Google search.

I have never paid for ebay promotions, but many of my listings (on my other selling store account), do show up with a Google search, although not as much as those from other venues I list on. So ebay listings are still at a disadvantage. Ebay and Google never really had a good relationship, which is probably still part of the problem.
