Search engine not working correctly

I don't know what i'm doing wrong, professional seller for 12 plus years, tens of thousands on feedback, but all of a sudden when I search for something, I get many other items, that dont even have the search words in them. For instance, I'm looking for a specific brand of cream, in reality there are 8 listed, but somehow I get 350 items come up and have to look through. It's very annoying, I check everything I have to see other prices and who's selling, but this way, i'm getting hundreds of items with no relation to what I am looking for. Is this a glitch, it just started yesterday? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
