I scratch the last 4 digit of my card bad so I’m trying to get the code that is why I’m contact eBay

What if I scratched my eBay Gift Card code off?

Please gather the following information and items and contact the retailer where your eBay Gift Card was purchased:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• A picture of the back of the Gift Card
• A picture of the purchase receipt for the Gift Card
• Your eBay account name
• The Gift Card redemption code, if legible
