Scammers

Scammers keep bidding on my items and that means I have to keep canceling their purchase over and over and relist. Should I be reporting them or just canceling? Will I get in trouble if I keep canceling??

If you are waiting the 96 hours, and canceling for nonpayment, you are punishing the buyer because they get a strike for that. 

If you are cancelling for any other reason, you are punishing yourself and could be putting YOUR account at risk. 

No one asked, but I am looking forward to the day when having feedback default sorted by relevance seems right.
