I was scammed by an eBay seller (supposedly) by the name of Julio Peredo. I ordered Elizabeth Arden lift and firm ceramide cream. He listed the price at 69+ cents and charged my card for 75.78. I received it and it looked like it had been used and was highly fragrance. I was going to send it back for a refund. I decided to look it up as items ordered so I could return however, there wasn't an order listed for Elizabeth Arden. I have the order receipt he emailed to me and with the date I should receive it. The scammer address is listed at a property for sale. I checked for his name it is no longer listed on eBay. Am I going to be able to get my money back. Please help, any suggestion will be helpful.
