@ang55143 Sorry that happened. It sounds like you didn't return the phone through an official eBay return request OR enter the tracking number into the return request. The tracking must be in the return request then if the seller doesn't refund you just contact eBay 3 days after delivery and they force a refund.
Unfortunately it's too late to get help from eBay now. All you can do is take your tracking number that shows that the item was returned to the seller and any messages shared and contact your bank or credit card about a chargeback.
