with a tracking number
tracking says delivered on 04-09-2024

I have a house not a office
secondly
detailed tracking says
shipped on 04-05-2024 to UPS
days before the auction ended.
Unless this seller is a timer traveler or a psychic
It would be impossible for him to have my address
this is obviously a Seller scam to get around the delay in payment by showing a fake tracking or someone else's tracking delivered or signature
I have went through the ebay resolution all the way to appeal status.
I was assured in emal and on the phone with ebay this would be handled due to obvious fraud by seller to no help.
so all a scammer seller has to do is list a high value item
ship it to a business a box of cookies in your small town that signs for it not knowing what it is.. and the buyer is out the money!!
Any help would be appreciated before i file a claim with paypal.
