Scammed by a seller. What recourse

Particular sellar agreed upon a price through messaging on eBay. She then changed the item to best offer which I offered our agreed upon price. She then sold it to someone last minute for a higher price. I would love to leave a review on her. How do I do this.

You were not scammed.

Once the seller added Best Offer, other buyers could see that and someone purchased the item.

You had no transaction with that seller and you cannot leave a review or feedback for that seller.
