I made a purchase of a Gibson Flying V 

https://www.ebay.com/vod/FetchOrderDetails?itemId=204347612967&transactionId=2215866353010&mkevt=1&m... and the seller has not returned any emails about this purchase I believe the seller is a scammer and I need help finding out how they are allowed to just post a fictitious item and sell it, I paid for this item I would think something would have happened by now but no shipping, no information and no seller contact so what now?

Wait one day past the estimated delivery date and then file an Item not received claim.  Follow the instructions on the claim to lead to an eventual refund.  You do NOT have to message the Seller, just let the eBay claim process work for you.
