Saving a message and forwarding to ebay

Can anyone offer some guidance as to how I can save a message I receieved as an attachment and then forward or send it to ebay?

It depends on your email provider.  Each provider has a function 'send as attachment' or  'forward as attachment', but each is a little different.  Try a web search 'how to forward as attachment in xxxxx email' - fill in your email provider.
