I am a new seller. I have just had a sale on ebay international. The sale is remarked as paid by buyer by paypal. However, I did not receive the money. It may be because when I set up the sale, I did not include my paypal account information but I'm not sure. Could anyone offer any help?
It appears that ebay international is not getting any online agent help anymore. Is it true?
