Hey team, I sold a $1500 camera to a buyer, no refunds offered. On receiving it they sent back some very obviously fake pictures showing "damage" and asking me to pay them $400 for repairs. I refused and so they appealed to eBay to return . Ebay allowed this, and then the buyer did not use the provided return label. Instead, they had an empty camera bag shipped to me from a retailer and provided that tracking to eBay. Amazingly, eBay believed this and closed my appeal. I seem to be out the $1500 and the camera. Now I can't even contact eBay by phone or chat! I have been a member for 22 years and have 100% feedback and zero prior issues. What can I do here?
