no tab for freight,,, yet ebay says i need to go that route,,, no freight anywhere to choose,, not even in drop down menu,, what give ,,,, i had only wanted to run an ad,, and now ive spent over 30 minutes on this **bleep**

Where are you looking? Are you using Business Policies, then Under Shipping Method you should see Standard, Freight, or No Shipping.
Otherwise, select Flat Rate and then below in the next drop down Freight.
