Has anyone else bought batteries for a forklift only to be told they were delivered to a different state, then after complaining, being told they were out of stock, then being told they refunded the purchase, when in fact it was all a lie? On top of that, has anyone bought the squaretrade warranty for these scam batteries and then find it near impossible to get a refund on that warranty, and then after 6 hours of trying you reach a guy in Pakistan, who wants to still charge you for the time of the warranty for the batteries that never existed and never delivered? This happened not once, but twice to our company from different ads on EBAY, the second refund through amazon was a little quicker. I believe this is a scam operation counting on individual victims giving up. It seems to be run by a guy claiming to be an expert on "risk management." Instead of aiding and abetting these scam type operations, I urge ebay to investigate, expose, and prosecute this kind of criminal operation.

You have eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Open an item not received case. If tracking does not show delivery to you, click on Refund Request on your Purchase History

Will ebay reimburse me for the six hours of time spent chasing this operation down? The ebay site seems designed to add layer after layer of dead-end walls without a real solution.
