This happened when the shipping team went in and excluded Ukraine and the RF from global shipping and eBay international shipping. I believe that you only see it on the edit page - if you look at your actual listings, RF and Ukraine are shows as excluded. I looked at a handful of your items, all show these location excluded.
If you use the search the community box above and enter Russian Federation, you'll find oodles of recent posts asking about this same issue.

Or yeah, maybe the Russians are hacking eBay listings to get around the sanctions. Could happen.
