Rotors non fitting

I bought 2 front rotors for a 2004 Toyota 4Runner SR5 and eBay guaranteed fitment.Rotors do not fit,the lugs line up and hub fits perfect but overall width is too wide and cannot put calipers back on.Bolts in mounting bracket do not line up...it's been over 3 weeks...am I just screwed or is there a way to exchange them or get a refund.How do I get them to fix their listing Wich it says 2003-2009 Toyota 4runner will fit?

Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong item (do not select doesn't fit). Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
