Rollo printer only printing bottom half of label

When I go to print mailing label, preview only shows bottom half of label and it prints this way too.

Confirmed label size is correct for 4 x 6, and that I have latest driver installed.

Both Rollo test label and windows test page printed out fine, so this looks like it's being driven by the Ebay front end.  Looked at previous posts that talked about a "create label" page but can't find this anywhere.  

Is there somewhere on Ebay where I can change the label setting other than the printer?  Something else that might be driving this?  Thanks for any help or suggestions!

When you are on the print a label screen, go to the bottom right corner of the screen and click "Change"

Then you'll be able to select PDF and 4x6

Thank you!  I found this hiding under "Advanced Shipping Options" - it wasn't on the basic shipping option screen.  Appreciate your help!
